Only conference cancellations received by April 4, 2008 will be eligible for refunds.  A $50.00 administrative fee for cancellations after April 4 will be assessed.  Contractual obligations with the conference facilities make it necessary that we strictly adhere to this deadline.

Make room reservations directly with the Jackson Hilton Hotel by March 24, 2008 by calling 601-957-2800 or 1888-263-0524.  Be sure to request MASA group rates of $114 when making reservations.  Guaranteed reservations must be cancelled forty-eight hours in advance.
