Applicant Qualifications
Candidates for superintendent will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Master’s Degree in School administration / Leadership
- Administrative Certification in the State of Mississippi
- Minimum of three years of successful experience as a superintendent or administrator at the district level (superintendent experience preferred)
- Minimum of five years of successful experience as a classroom teacher
- Record of knowledge of, and ability in, the following areas:

- Evidence of ability to develop and improve
curriculum and instruction

- Professional Development of Staff
- Documented track record of raising the achievement level of all students in the district

Oxford High School.
Length of Contract: 12 months
