MASA Announces Opening of Executive Director Position


After announcement of Mrs. Anna P. Hurt’s retirement, Mississippi Association of School Administrators seeks an Executive Director.

Clinton, MS (February 11, 2013) – Mrs. Anna Hurt submitted her resignation, effective December 31, 2013, to the MASA Board of Directors on January 16, 2013.  MASA thanks Mrs. Hurt for her years of stellar service as an educator, school superintendent, and executive director for MASA.  Mrs. Hurt’s advocacy, voice, and leadership for public education in Mississippi will be missed across the state.  We wish her the very best in her coming retirement.
