Tupelo Public School District is searching for:
TECHNOLOGY HELP DESK ASSISTANT
Primary responsibilities are Macbook hardware and software troubleshooting and repairs. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting and repairs of all technology related equipment, networking, premise wiring and installation, etc.
Equivalent to completion of two years of college-level coursework in computer science, information technology or related field and two years of general computer installation, maintenance and repair experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and /or
equivalent formal technical training, certification and/or work experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above. Apple certification is preferred but not required.
