Fall 2026 Leadership Conference

Our Fall Business Meeting and Leadership Conference will be October 25 - 27, 2026 at the Sheraton Flowood Refuge Hotel and Conference Center. As always our Fall conference will be jam packed - Superintendent of the Year will be announced and MASA members will vote on our next Secretary who will work his/her way up to President in 2030.Timelines/Deadlines for Fall 2026:
August 1 - Attendee registration (early bird) will open. It will close September 18.
August 28 - Breakout Presentation Proposals are due.
September 19 - "Late" attendee registration.
October 12 - All online registration closes.
Onsite registration will be accepted as space allows.EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION OPEN!

Registration fees due by August 7, 2026; if fees are not paid by Aug 7, space will be offered to next on the wait list.
Cancellation will be assessed a $100 fee if received in writing before August 14, 2026. After August 14 the entire registration amount will be forfeited.
Confirmation will be emailed to address provided.
Exhibit space cannot be guaranteed until payment is received.
MASA will not cancel a conference due to inclement weather.
